You may select either a Cabochon(smooth and round) or Faceted(think edges like a diamond) birthstone. When buying multiple rings, the discount will be taken in your shopping cart. For Sterling Silver Mother’s Rings with synthetic birthstone, your first ring is $224.00, each ring after that purchased in the same order will be $204.00.
